STREET DEFENCE EXERCISES NUMBERS
1 TO 8

  1. Grab up, push hands & look for arm locks, remain standing
  2. Grab up & knee work
  3. Grab up, push hands, look for lock and use knees, remain standing
  4. Go to ground &look for locks, holds, pins, or choke
  5. Grab up, push hands, look for locks, or go to ground or remain standing
  6. With stick fight for stick
  7. With stick fight for stick & use knees
  8. With stick fight for stick, use knees, & go to ground.

STICK WORK AND BALANCE

All stick forms and work with the stick should be practiced through all belts. Knowing how to use a weapon makes you more prepared in the defence against a weapon.

Balance should be performed at all belt levels and the higher the belt level the harder the Balance.
